Duties

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial agreements.
• Experience with digital infrastructure and outsourcing transactions.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, semiconductor development, and digital assets.
• Strong analytical, writing, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and offices.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school with coursework in business, technology, and intellectual property law.
