This is a full-time opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney with 15+ years of experience in employment litigation and counseling. The ideal candidate will either bring an established book of business or be ready to step into a practice with active matters. The firm provides robust support for marketing, business development, and cross-practice collaboration in a client-focused, growth-oriented environment.

Location:

• New York, NY

Duties:

• Represent clients in employment litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases

• Provide legal advice and counseling to employers on compliance, investigations, employment agreements, and policy development

• Manage and expand client relationships while delivering high-quality legal solutions

• Collaborate with other practice areas to address clients' broader legal needs

• Engage in business development efforts to grow and sustain client base

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in labor and employment law

• Substantial litigation and counseling background in employment matters

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Entrepreneurial drive and a client-service orientation

• Book of business preferred but not required

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of New York (required)
