• Utilize proficiency in legal research software and tools (e.g., Westlaw) to conduct thorough legal research and stay current with relevant laws and precedents.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for drafting legal documents and interacting with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Have a strong background in personal injury law.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Admission to and good standing with the Maine State Bar.
• 3+ years of legal experience, with a preference for trial experience.
• Exceptional litigation and negotiation skills.
