Job Overview

A law firm seeks an entry-level litigation attorney to join its dynamic team in Florida. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including homeowners, contractors, consumers, and small businesses, on a variety of business disputes and litigation matters.

Duties

• Draft letters, memos, motions, draft orders, and pleadings.
• Prepare the lead attorney for upcoming hearings.
• Manage case files and adhere to case management deadlines.
• Coordinate discovery efforts with paralegals and legal support staff.
• Conduct legal research on a wide range of topics.

Requirements

• 0-5 years of associate experience.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Outlook, Adobe, and Microsoft Office.
• Clio experience is a plus but not required.

Education

• Graduated at least cum laude from law school.
• Top 25% of law school class.
• 155+ LSAT score.
• Received top marks in legal research and writing.
