Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly qualified associate with five or more years of legal experience to join their Debt Finance practice in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have experience representing borrowers and/or lenders in asset-based loans, structured financing transactions, securitizations, or warehouse loans.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate collateral documents and disclosure schedules.
• Prepare loan amendments and other loan transaction documents.
• Manage projects effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in a comparable law firm setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
