The attorney will handle a variety of criminal matters, engage in courtroom advocacy, and support clients through every stage of the legal process.

Location:

• Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel to clients regarding criminal charges and legal options

• Draft legal documents including motions, briefs, and discovery responses

• Represent clients at arraignments, pretrial hearings, trials, and sentencing

• Analyze case facts and legal precedents to assess outcomes and develop defense strategies

• Conduct witness interviews and prepare clients for testimony and depositions

• Investigate case facts and gather supporting evidence

• Collaborate with legal assistants and other attorneys on case strategy

• Maintain detailed and timely communication with clients

• Manage a diverse caseload from intake to resolution

Requirements:

• Experience handling criminal defense cases at federal, state, and/or local levels

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting

• Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and ethical legal practice

• Strong interpersonal and case management skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills

• Effective courtroom presence and ability to argue motions and cases

• Legal research and analytical expertise

• Case preparation including discovery, depositions, and trial strategy
