Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and analysis.
• Draft clear, precise legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Prepare for and take/defend depositions.
• Attend court hearings and case management conferences.
• Prepare for and support second-chair trials.
• Manage and advance a full caseload of personal injury matters.
• Support attorneys in negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Provide excellent service and communication to all clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in California.
• Prior experience or internship in a personal injury law firm is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce well-organized legal documents under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience in legal drafting and administrative tasks within a busy law office environment.
• Excellent research skills combined with the ability to analyze complex legal issues critically.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
