This role involves handling creditors' rights and commercial litigation matters while collaborating with a dedicated legal team. Duties:

• Litigation Management: Oversee and manage creditors' rights and commercial litigation cases.
• Court Representation: Advocate for clients in court proceedings, including motions, hearings, and trials.
• Legal Research & Drafting: Prepare pleadings, legal documents, and case strategies.
• Case Analysis: Assess legal issues and develop strategic approaches to resolve disputes.
• Client Communication: Provide clear and timely updates to clients regarding case developments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure successful case outcomes.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania.
• Experience in litigation, creditors' rights, or commercial law preferred.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar license in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania.

Skills:
