Duties

• Engage in pre-filing investigation and client intake.
• Draft complaints and manage law and motion activities.
• Conduct written discovery and manage complex ESI.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Collaborate with experts and prepare for trials.
• Participate in bench and jury trials, and handle appeals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Experience with depositions and court appearances.
• Leadership and management capabilities.
• Experience managing complex discovery and ESI.
• Federal clerkship experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
