Duties

• Provide counsel on qualified plans, including 401(k), 403(b), and other retirement plans.
• Advise on mergers and acquisitions and executive compensation matters.
• Engage in ERISA Title I work related to investment funds and structured finance.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of ERISA experience, with a focus on qualified plans.
• Experience with M&A and executive compensation preferred.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
