Duties

  • Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters.
  • Make strategic decisions regarding case outcomes and settlements.
  • Draft demand letters and negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal standards.
  • Support overflow tasks and contribute to special projects.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in California.
  • 5+ years of experience in litigation.
  • Experience managing a high-volume pre-litigation caseload.
  • Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
