Duties:

• Manage and oversee residential and/or commercial real estate closings from start to finish.
• Interact with clients to address concerns, explain legal processes, and ensure smooth transactions.
• Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and mortgage documents.
• Conducted title searches, resolved title issues, and ensured clear property titles.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
• Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the State Bar of Georgia and in good standing.
• 2-3 years of experience in closing residential and/or commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong knowledge of property law, finance, and post-TRID residential real estate regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Certifications:

• State Bar of Georgia Admission.
