CBB Third Party Contract Management Specialist
The candidate will work with Business Lines and Third-Party Vendors to facilitate the contract review process through various Bank stakeholders, including, but not limited to: Risk, Finance, Legal, and Contract Services. Will assist in review/response to contract redlines, manage negotiations, analyze contractual documentation for issue remediation, as well as ensure all contracts are reposted accurately and reviewed annually within our contracting system. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience is required. Applicable professional certifications, e.g. JD or MBA is required. JD or equivalent experience is preferred. Should have 5-7 years of experience in an applicable risk management environment. Third party risk management experience is a plus. Experience in Archer eGRC and MS Office Suite is preferred. Advanced understanding of CBBO is preferred.
