Duties:

• Draft coverage opinions and handle insurance coverage and bad faith litigation cases.
• Manage overall case responsibilities, including drafting motions, handling discovery requests, taking depositions, and participating in court proceedings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the firm’s existing client base.
• Conduct legal research and present findings effectively.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of insurance coverage litigation experience.
• Candidates with insurance defense experience will be considered.
• Must be located in Colorado and have a valid Colorado license.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
• Overall case management experience, including motions, discovery, depositions, and court proceedings.
• Successful development and maintenance of client relationships.
• Colorado Bar admission is required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Colorado Bar admission.

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and presentation skills.
• Strong writing skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
