Duties

• Advise on privacy and security obligations and incident notification requirements.

• Manage complex workloads and anticipate potential issues.
• Collaborate with technically-skilled individuals and distill key issues for non-technical team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in privacy and cybersecurity breach response or data breach litigation.
• Exceptional project management skills and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Admission to the state bar where the associate resides.

Education

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• State bar admission.
