Duties

• Prepare clients for depositions and testimony.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of attorneys and paralegals.
• Gather and analyze evidence, including vehicle inspections and witness interviews.
• Assist with mediation and trials as needed.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for litigation and professional growth.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California Bar License (required).
