Duties

• Advise start-ups and emerging growth companies on seed and venture capital financings.
• Conduct venture financings using NVCA documents.
• Manage domestic M&A transactions for startup companies and investors.
• Maintain and develop client and counsel relationships.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in emerging companies and venture capital work.
• Experience with public offerings and venture financings.
• Proactive with strong business acumen.
• Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• State Bar admission.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong legal problem-solving skills and judgment.
