Duties

• Manage commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing instruments.
• Review title commitments, surveys, zoning matters, and due diligence materials.
• Coordinate commercial real estate closings.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, lenders, brokers, and other professionals.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Tennessee law license or pending admission.
• Commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a high-volume practice.
