Herndon office of our client seeks a patent prosecution associate attorney with 1-4 years of experience. The candidate must have an undergraduate or advanced degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering. Should be registered with the U.S. Patent Office and familiar with U.S. patent practice, including demonstrated experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Must expect to work in mechanical, chemical, and/or material science arts, including consumer products.
