A law firm seeks an experienced litigation attorney in Mesa, AZ. Duties

• Represent clients in commercial and civil litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and transactional documents.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Negotiate resolutions and settlements for clients.
• Advise clients on legal risks and strategic options.
• Assist with appellate matters as needed.
• Manage an active caseload independently.
• Maintain organized case files and accurate documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and legal personnel.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona and in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in business disputes, contract litigation, and real estate matters preferred.
• Demonstrated experience drafting legal documents.
• Courtroom, deposition, and mediation experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
