The candidate will support and work directly with partners and other experienced lawyers throughout our global footprint handling the panoply of restructuring issues clients face, and collaborating closely with colleagues in other practice and industry groups. Will do litigation and transactional restructuring matters and will include legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, appearances, case management, negotiating and drafting transaction and out of court restructuring documents, discovery, court and client communications.
