Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Bankruptcy Attorney in Fort Mitchell, KY, with the option for remote work. Duties

- Draft and review pleadings and claims.
- Attend scheduled hearings.
- Respond to firm-wide bankruptcy inquiries.
- Review client filings.
- Monitor electronic filings (ECFs).
- Resolve routine bankruptcy issues.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the Court.
Requirements
- Knowledge of bankruptcy rules and creditor rights laws.
- Computer literacy and keyboard skills.
- Professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Bar admission in Ohio and/or Kentucky.
- Admitted to District and/or Bankruptcy Courts in Ohio and/or Kentucky.
Skills
