A law firm seeks an associate attorney to join the Secondary Markets group within the Public Finance practice in Philadelphia, PA. The candidate will engage in a variety of transactional matters involving municipal, asset-backed, and corporate securities, collaborating with experienced partners. This full-time position offers a hybrid work option.

Duties

• Research federal and state laws, including securities and lending laws.
• Prepare and review transaction documents such as trust indentures and loan agreements.
• Prepare and review underwriting documents, including offering documents and purchase agreements.
• Interact and communicate with clients and other transaction parties.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in public finance, real estate, lending, corporate finance, or other transactional areas.
• Currently admitted to practice with an active bar license in good standing in the locality of the office location.
• Strong academic record.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing.
