Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases.
• Prepare and review various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases.
• Stay updated on the latest legal developments and changes in regulations.
• Effectively manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality work.
• Develop and implement strategic legal plans to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Represent the firm in various professional legal associations and events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Virginia State Bar.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably with a background in family law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
• Familiarity with Virginia state court procedures is a plus.

Education:
