The candidate will report to the premises pre-suit operations manager. Responsible for day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work. Complete the flip-to-litigation approval for viable cases. Guide clients through the lifecycle of their cases. Draft and file pre-litigation documents. Complete turndown approval for viability issues. Oversee the formation of demand packages and settlement negotiations. Manage the release approval process. Manage a team of multiple case managers. Focus on premises liability cases throughout the state of Florida. Drive compliance and KPIs amongst the team. Handle examinations under oath, recorded statements, and other pre-litigation duties as required. Must be an active member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association.
