Duties:
Handle a range of real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and development matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and closings.
Advise clients on legal aspects of real estate deals and transactions.
Represent clients in real estate disputes and litigation, as needed.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful completion of real estate matters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing high-level legal counsel and guidance.
Lead and mentor junior associates in real estate-related matters.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in New York.
5+ years of experience in real estate law, including transactional and litigation experience.
Strong ability to build rapport with clients and handle complex legal matters.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage a demanding workload.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different practice areas.
Strong leadership potential, with the ability to guide and mentor junior associates.
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
