Intake Specialist
Responsibilities: Log all incoming calls and emails in database. Book consultations via calendly, manage all calendly templates and links, and confirm potential clients' attendancE screen for conflicts of interest. Diligent follow-up using our database and record notes record attorney notes in the CRM system. Generate fee agreements and invoices and send them to potential clients. Follow up about engagements. General office tasks like mail management, research, etc. as needed. Onboard new clients and set up client files as required. Work with marketing to optimize intake glidepath. Follow up with clients post-representation and execute post-representation glidepath. Check-in calls with prospects and existing clients to see how they are. Process gifts through our gifting program. Book travel, as needed for attorneys.
