Duties

• Advise on complex real estate transactions, including financing, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously and engage directly with clients.
• Mentor junior attorneys and shape team workflows.
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of experience in real estate transactions.
• Experience with debt and equity financing, development projects, and securitized lending.
• Comfortable managing matters end-to-end.
• Experience with HUD financing is a plus.

Education

• Distinguished academic background.

Certifications

• California Bar admission required.
