A law firm seeks a Senior Consumer Finance Regulatory Associate in Dallas, Texas. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. Duties

• Advise clients on mortgage lending and servicing, consumer finance, and commercial finance.
• Provide guidance on alternative lending products, including BNPL and EWA.
• Assist with FinTech products and structures, including bank partnership models.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and key financial services laws and regulations.
• Engage in enforcement actions and work with money services businesses and payment systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in financial services regulatory and compliance.
• Strong academic background with excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
• Admitted to or eligible for admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
