Duties

• Manage litigation cases from investigation to trial and post-trial work.
• Conduct client meetings and maintain client contact.
• Engage in motion practice and discovery processes.
• Collaborate with a dedicated paralegal for case management.
• Participate in firm's community and philanthropic activities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation and trial experience.
• Proven hearing/trial industrial commission experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong research and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Education

• Doctorate (Preferred)

Certifications

• Illinois State Bar License (Required)
