Duties

• Handle private equity matters, including buyouts and exit transactions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of experience in Corporate, Finance, and/or M&A law.
• Experience with fundless sponsors and private equity services.
• Excellence in legal writing and analysis.
• Experience advising on fund formations and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
