Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar.
• 3 years of experience in humanitarian-based immigration law.
• Proficient in family-based petitions, removal defense, asylum, and naturalization cases.
• Experience working with diverse and marginalized populations.
• Willingness to travel for hearings and USCIS interviews.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar.

Skills

• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Spanish fluency preferred.
• Proficient in immigration case management software.
• Detail-oriented and effective in fast-paced environments.
