\u003cli\u003eLead a team of software developers creating and improving multiple mission-critical client-facing and enterprise web-based products and tools.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWork closely with cross-function team members from Production Management, DevOps, QA, Release Management and Operations to design, develop, test and release features across a variety of products/tools\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eLead and manage a team of web developers, overseeing their work, and ensuring that they build high quality applications that meet customer requirements\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAllocate appropriate resources to ensure predictable delivery of multiple applications and projects\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eContributes to the long term roadmap, technical design and implementation strategy for web applications.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCollaborate and co-manage the software/systems development lifecycle and workflow with the DevOps, QA, and Release managers\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eOversee programming and security development standards\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eMinimum of 10 years of related work experience, of which a minimum of 4 years includes IT management experience in areas of responsibility, in similar roles leading medium sized web development team within a comparably sized or larger company.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience as a web developer, primarily with a .Net-based tech stack and/or JavaScript frameworks\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCompetency and experience with programming languages including C#, JavaScript (raw, closures, and ES5 )\u0026nbsp; Typescript, and T-SQL\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSolid understanding of version control repository hosting platforms including Bitbucket, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience with responsive design and mobile development considerations\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience with databases and SQL\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience and knowledge in web analytics, tracking, government privacy requirements (e.g. GDPR), and related concepts\u003c/li\u003e
