Duties

• Manage and close complex real estate transactions independently.
• Advise clients on real estate development and zoning matters.
• Negotiate and draft commercial leasing agreements.
• Conduct due diligence for real estate acquisitions and dispositions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Proven understanding of real property and land use law.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Active Nevada bar license or eligibility to obtain one.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
