Candidates will engage in a wide range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation, and leasing.

Duties:

• Manage complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Advise clients on joint ventures and fund formation.
• Handle leasing agreements and other related real estate matters.
• Participate in a mentor program tailored for lateral associates to support professional transitions.

Requirements:

• Experience level: Junior to Senior (1-6 years).
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial real estate law.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in Illinois.

Skills:

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
