Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury matters from intake through resolution

• Guide clients through the legal process with compassion and clear communication

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and demand letters

• Negotiate settlements and engage in mediation or litigation as needed

• Collaborate with legal team members including paralegals and other attorneys

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using modern legal technology and systems

• Advocate for clients in hearings, arbitrations, and court proceedings

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Washington

• Prior experience in personal injury or workers’ compensation law preferred

• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently

• Strong commitment to client service and legal ethics

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
