• Handle regulatory investigations and provide strategic counsel.

Requirements

• Senior-level knowledge of privacy laws and technology transactions.
• Strong litigation background with experience in regulatory investigations.
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 200, Law360 400, or respected regional firm.
• A portable book of $350K is preferred, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Texas.

Skills
