Location:

Duties:

• Handle products liability litigation cases, including drafting legal briefs, correspondence, and responses to discovery.
• Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews.
• Manage document collection, review, and production for litigation matters.
• Perform causation and failure analysis in product liability cases.
• Participate in multidistrict litigation (MDL) and coordinated state proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and manage client relationships.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and advising on case progress.
• Work collaboratively with a team to manage multiple complex cases.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in products liability litigation.
• Demonstrated experience in drafting legal documents, managing discovery, and conducting depositions.
• Knowledge of causation and failure analysis is preferred.
• Experience with multidistrict litigation (MDL) or coordinated state proceedings is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent case management and organizational abilities.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice in California.
