The candidate will review and analyze the request. Respond to attorneys and strategize on how to handle responses. Draft, assemble, review, and revise submission. Communicate with other departments as necessary to ensure proposal requirements are met. Update proposal tracker and maintain immigration RFP and pitch files. Conduct outreach to immigration attorneys to determine proposal outcomes. Search database for firm experience to include in proposals. Maintain marketing content in an experiential database. Research & Reporting – Conduct research on prospective and current clients, including visa volume research. Should have Bachelor’s degree; 3+ years of immigration experience; 5+ years of relevant legal business development, marketing, journalism, or writing experience; strong writing and proofreading skills; strong analytical skills; strong attention to detail; excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills, including the ability to professionally communicate with a wide variety of individuals and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner; ability to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, problem-solve, proactively address issues, and act with a sense of urgency when needed; ability to conduct basic online research. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Law degree and/or paralegal experience; microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, Interaction, and Adobe InDesign (or other design software) experience; experience with experiential proposal databases (e.g., Foundation, QorusDocs).
