Employment Attorney

The candidate' must possess a background in labor and employment matters, strong writing and research skills, ability to effectively communicate with and advocate for clients, and be a member of the New York State Bar. Provide legal counsel with respect to all aspects of labor employment matters, including counseling and training clients on applicable laws and regulations. Will also counsel and defend clients in various administrative proceedings and in State or Federal Court when necessary.
