Job Duties:

• Handle complex civil litigation cases and provide legal representation for clients.
• Engage in law and motion practice, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Take and defend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• California Bar membership in good standing is required.
• Proven experience in law and motion practice and trial work.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the California State Bar.
