The candidate will work in insurance/judgment departments. Will communicate with debtors by telephone and approved written correspondence to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts. Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account notes on computer files for each call made or received. Counsel delinquent account debtors to assist them in meeting their debt obligations. Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations that regulate the collection industry, such as the FDCPA and HIPAA. Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with Bloom policies and procedures. Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improving. Make recommendations to implement improved processes. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Must have High school diploma or GED certificate or equivalent revaluate work experience. Previous collections experience may prove helpful. Must have Basic computer skills.
