Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Oversee all elements of complex litigation cases, from inception through resolution.
• Trial Preparation: Prepare for trials by drafting and reviewing discovery requests, motions, and other legal documents.
• Depositions: Conduct and defend depositions, ensuring thorough and effective questioning and responses.
• Settlement Negotiations: Engage in settlement negotiations on behalf of clients, striving for favorable outcomes.
• Court Appearances: Represent clients in court appearances, including hearings and motions.
• Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategy and arguments.
• Document Drafting: Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies and ensure effective case management.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation.
• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Certification: Admission to the Utah Bar, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
• Skills:
