Duties

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate law with a focus on real estate.
• Experience in joint ventures and real estate investment transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and drafting skills.
• Member in good standing of the New York bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
