Duties

• Advise clients on capital markets transactions and governance matters.
• Ensure compliance with securities law and SEC disclosure requirements.
• Draft and review legal documents related to securities offerings.
• Engage directly with senior partners and clients.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant capital markets and public company advisory experience.
• Strong document drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to develop business and maintain client relationships.
• Positive attitude and exceptional work ethic.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
