Duties

• Collaborate with partners and associates on case-specific tasks.
• Draft complex pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate with clients and draft client service communications.
• Conduct fact gathering, case workups, and document collection.
• Perform factual and legal research for case preparation.
• Engage with courts, outside counsel, clients, and vendors as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in complex litigation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member of a US State Bar in good standing.

• Experience managing complex litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
