Duties

• Draft detailed coverage opinions and provide strategic advice for liability and property insurers.
• Represent insurers in pre-litigation and litigation phases involving various claims.
• Engage in insurance coverage opinion work and defense litigation, including bad faith and general insurance matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
• Strong writing and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex files independently.
• Active license to practice law in California, Nevada, or Arizona; additional state licenses are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in California, Nevada, or Arizona.
