• Engage in client counseling and licensing activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Registered to practice before the USPTO.
• Proven experience in an IP law firm.
• Superb writing and research skills.
• Strong academic record.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

Certifications

• USPTO registration.

Skills

• Experience with software development preferred.
