Job Overview:

A respected law firm located in Eagle, ID, is expanding its legal team and is actively seeking an experienced Attorney with a concentration in business transactions or a synergistic legal practice area. The firm provides robust infrastructure support, including legal technology tools, bookkeeping services, and a well-coordinated administrative team. Regular team strategy sessions ensure collaborative case handling and professional alignment.

Duties:

• Advise clients on a broad spectrum of business-related legal matters

• Draft, review, and revise contractual agreements, transactional documents, and court filings

• Engage in courtroom advocacy when aligned with the attorney's area of practice

• Collaborate with fellow legal professionals and internal support teams to ensure seamless workflow

• Maintain high standards of responsiveness and timely delivery of legal services

• Support occasional administrative legal duties as needed

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice in Idaho and good standing with the State Bar

• Demonstrated background in transactional law, preferably within a private practice environment

• Strong command of legal drafting and negotiation techniques applicable to business contracts

• Able to work efficiently and with precision under time-sensitive conditions

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the State of Idaho

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in legal research and writing

• Strong interpersonal and client communication abilities

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence in documentation and client service

• Comfortable working in a team-centric environment with regular interdepartmental collaboration

Job Location:
