Junior Construction Litigation Associate
The candidate will work closely with other partners and senior associates on construction disputes involving claims of delay, disruptions, and defects, as well as on construction contracting matters. Should preferably have 0-2 years of litigation experience at a large or mid-size law firm. While experience in construction litigation and construction contracting is preferred, candidates with a demonstrable interest in the practice of construction will be considered regardless of their prior experience in the field. Prior construction, engineering, or architectural industry experience prior to law school is preferred. Should have strong academic credentials and writing skills. Must have excellent communication skills.
